Leaders in Benefits Network – House Rules

1. Confidentiality & Trust

What is discussed within the network stays within the network.
Members are encouraged to share openly and candidly, knowing that discussions, insights, and experiences will remain confidential unless explicit permission is given to share them outside the group.

2. Curated Membership

New members are admitted through anonymous member voting.
To preserve the quality, relevance, and trust of the network, all prospective members are reviewed and voted on by existing members through a confidential process.

3. Limited Network Size

Membership is capped at 14 organizations.
The network is intentionally kept small to foster stronger relationships, greater trust, more meaningful discussions, and high-quality knowledge sharing among peers.

4. Rotating Quarterly Hosts

Members host meetings on a rotational basis.
Each quarterly session is hosted by a different member organization, creating variety in perspectives, encouraging ownership, and enabling members to showcase their own approaches and initiatives.

5. Peer-to-Peer Knowledge Sharing

The network thrives on active participation.
Members are encouraged to share experiences, challenges, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure mutual learning and value creation for all participants.

6. Respect & Openness

Different perspectives are welcomed and respected.
The network provides a safe environment for constructive dialogue where members can challenge ideas, learn from one another, and engage professionally at all times.

7. No Sales Environment

The network is a forum for learning, not selling.
Discussions should focus on sharing knowledge and experiences rather than promoting products, services, or commercial opportunities.

8. Sensitive Data & Privacy

Any sensitive data shared during our meetings stays within the group.
Figures, employee or organizational data, and any other sensitive information disclosed in a session will not be shared with anyone outside the network, nor forwarded, reproduced, or reused externally — for privacy reasons, and out of respect for each member's organization.
